The first purchase, a 6.5 acre plot, including an 18,000 square meter building, in Karmiel, was purchased at a price of $11.5 million dollars (46 million shekels).

The second purchase, half of the "Beit Haumot" Building - an upscale business complex in Jerusalem - with a total of 6,200 square meters, was puchased at a price of $12 million dollars (48 million shekels).
