Yaron specializes in providing corporate, tax and general legal advice to Israelis operating in foreign countries and to foreign clients investing and operating in Israel, and has vast experience in these fields.

Yaron is a co-author with Amnon Rafael of 4 volumes of the leading Israeli tax series "Income Tax" and is a member of the taxation committee of the Israeli Bar.

He is a former lecturer on tax in the Department of Accounting at Tel Aviv University.
